Tourist Visa Application Details:

  1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
  2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form printed back to back
  3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
  4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel in english and translation in spanish language
  5.   Original Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
  6.   Hotel reservation voucher and return air ticket
  7.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)

 

Processing Time8 – 10 working days (minimum)


Please note :

  1.   Traveling dates in ticket should match with dates mentioned in hotel and covering letter
  2.   The covering letter should notarised and be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Argentine Republic, F-3/3, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
  3.   Travel dates must show departure with the gap of minimum 10 working days from the date of submission of application
  4.   Applicants personal interview is mandatory at the time submission of the application
  5.   It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel

  5.   Original notarized Invitation letter from the Argentina Government and attested by “COLEGIO DE ES CRIBANOS” in Argentina in english and translation in spanish language
  6.   Original recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce, India, in english and translation in spanish language
  7.   Original Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
  8.   Hotel reservation voucher and return air ticket
  9.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
