Visitor Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Original Invitation Letter from the Bosnian host / inviting Company attested by Bosnian Chamber of Commerce, Local Municipality & Local Police Authority
6.   Invite person’s passport and valid residence permit copy
7.   Original personal bank statement for last 3 months and ITR of last 3 years
8.   Return air ticket itinerary and overseas travel insurrance

Please note :

1.   Applicants personal Interview is required
2.   Applicant holding a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa can have a visa on arrival for 7 days
3.   The covering letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Bosnia & Herzegovina, New Delh”
