Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled, signed and uploaded documents in the online visa application form at https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/index.jsp (with the clear bar code page copy required)
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5.   Covering letter on the Company’s letter head undertaking the full responsibility of applicant to return to his native country before the visa expires
6.   Original and notarized invitation letter from the counter part in Brazil in Portuguese language with the complete details of applicant and the purpose of travel
7.   Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce, India
8.   Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank’s stamp on every page)
9.   Personal Income tax return of last three years
10.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
11.   Return air ticket itinerary
12.   Credit card copy and visiting card of the applicant

Please note :

1.   Online form filling charges is INR 500/- if applicable
2.   Yellow fever certificate is required at the time of travel
