Visitor Visa Application Details :

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form with the bar code page at https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.PDF (clear copy required)
3.   Completely filled family details sheet at  https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5645E.PDF
4.   Completely filled and signed VFS consent form
5.   2 passport size white background photographs with face close up
6.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
7.   Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details of Inviting person
8.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
9.   Latest personal bank statement for the last six months and ITR of last three years

If Self Employed / Businessman

1.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2.   Company’s latest Bank statement for the last six months and ITR of last three years

If Employed / Service person

1.   No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2.   Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

If Student

1.   Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
2.   School / Institute ID card copy

Please note :

1.   Online form filling charges is INR 300/- is applicable
2.   Prior appointment is required for the submission and the applicants needs to come in person to the VFS Centre, Delhi for the Bio-metrics
3.   Share the applicants convenient date for the bio-metric process in Delhi
