Chile Visa Requirement

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
3.   Completely filled and documents uploaded in the online visa application form at https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl/
4.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Invitation letter with the complete address and contact details of the Inviting company
6.   Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce in India
7.   Confirmed return air tickets and accomodation confirmation
8.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last 3 years
9.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
10.   Notarized Authorization letter on the Stamp paper, addressing the Visa Officer, Chile Embassy to Authorize Mr Ranjeet Singh / Mr. Yogender / Mr. Jeetu from Sakkarwal Travels Pvt Ltd to submit and collect Visa application on there behalf on a Rs. 50/- stamp paper with the applicants photograph and the left hand thumb impression dually signed by the applicant

Please note :

1.   Online form filling charges is INR 500/- if applicable
2.   Applicants not having a valid or travelled visa for US, UK, Canada, Schengen, New Zealand or Australia will have to come personally for the interview
