 Business Visa Application Details:

  1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel  
  2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
  3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up 
  4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
  5.   Invitation letter on the company’s letterhead dually signed, stamped with the authorized signatory’s name and designation  
  6.   Signature ID proof copy of the authorized signatory of the Invitation letter
  7.   Return air ticket itinerary 

Normal Processing -Minimum 4 working days  


Urgent Processing – Minimum 2 working days 

 

* Photograph Specification:

  • One recent passport size colored photographs with glossy finish, full face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 48mm x 33mm)

 Tourist Visa Application Details:

  1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel  
  2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
  3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up 
  4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
  5.   Original bank certificate issued from the bank on their letterhead duly signed with bank seal
  6.   Return air ticket itinerary 
  7.   Hotel reservation voucher and day to day itinerary

Normal Processing – Minimum 4 working days  


Urgent Processing – Minimum 2 working days

 Visitor Visa Application Details:

  1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel  
  2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
  3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up 
  4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
  5.   Invitation letter dually signed with the complete address and the contact details of the Inviting person
  6.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
  7.   Original latest personal bank statement of last six months with minimum balance of Rs. 1.5 lacs / per applicant dually signed and sealed by bank (mandatory)
  8.   Return air ticket itinerary 
  9.   Original bank certificate issued from the bank on their letter head duly signed with bank seal
  10.   2 documents to confirm the relationship with the inviting person (if blood relavite)
  11.   Day to day itinerary (if the inviting person is not a blood relative)
