Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 1 year validity from the date of intended travel, with minimum two blank page for visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form at https://evisa.kbri-newdelhi.go.id/
3.   2 latest passport size red background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Indonesia, New Delhi
5.   Invitation letter from Indonesia host / Inviting company should come through the “Department of Immigration” Jakarta on letter head (one copy should be pre-faxed from Indonesia directly to the Embassy prior of submission of visa application, FAX 01126886763 / 26874402) or email : protkons.nd2014@gmail.com and one copy to us
6.   Copy of Indonesian Telex Immigration Approval (Mandatory)
7.   Copy of KITAS, Indonesian ID Card/KTP & Passport of Counterpart in Indonesia
8.   Proof of sufficient fund during visiting Indonesia (Applicant’s last 3 months bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 65000 or equivalent to US$1000) if undertaking not mentioned /stated in Invitation or Sponsorship Letter from Indonesia
9.   Confirm return air ticket
