Business Visa Application Details:

  1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
  2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form at https://www.ma.ckgs.in/visa.shtml
  3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
  4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
  5.   Invitation letter dually attested by the immigration office with the complete address and contact details of the Inviting company
  6.   Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce in India (recommended)
  7.   Overseas travel insurrance and return air ticket
  8.   Latest personal bank statement of last 3 months

  5.   Hotel reservation voucher on the letter head of the travel agent
  6.   Overseas travel insurance and return air ticket
  7.   Latest personal bank statement of last 3 months
