Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form at https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Invitation which can be obtained by the host organisation or business partner through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation or of its regional offices or from the regional Passport-Visa office of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation.
6.   Confirm return air ticket
