Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering Letter from the Indian organisation / company, stating details of the business associate in Saudi Arabia. It is also mandatory to mention the designation of the applicant and nature of business and letter should be sealed (round stamp) and signed by the company
5.   Visa approval letter from the Immigration office in Saudi Arabia addressing the Embassy in Delhi
6.   Recommendation Letter from the Chamber of Commerce, India
7.   Registration Certificate copy of the Inviting Company in Saudi Arabia
8.   Return air ticket

Please note :

1.   The covering letter and the visa approval letter should have the same designation of the applicant
